Designed and delivered the event environment for Nutanix NEXT on Tour at W Hotel Sydney, transforming the venue into a dynamic and immersive technology conference experience. The project encompassed keynote staging, exhibition and partner showcase areas, branded networking spaces, custom signage, and large-scale environmental graphics, all carefully integrated to create a cohesive attendee journey.

Working across multiple event zones, the design focused on balancing strong brand presence with functionality and audience engagement. Feature elements included illuminated branding installations, sponsor integration, custom exhibition displays, and high-impact stage visuals that supported presentations, panel discussions, and live demonstrations throughout the event.

Spatial planning and wayfinding were developed to encourage smooth attendee movement between conference sessions, networking areas, and partner activations, while lighting and AV integration enhanced the overall atmosphere and elevated the guest experience. The final outcome delivered a polished and contemporary environment that reflected Nutanix’s forward-thinking technology identity and supported meaningful interaction between speakers, partners, and attendees.
