Our team partnered with Nutanix to deliver the annual NEXT on Tour event at Crown Sydney, creating a premium branded environment that supported keynote presentations, sponsor activations, networking spaces, and attendee engagement throughout the conference.

The event design focused on delivering a cohesive and high-end experience aligned with Nutanix’s global brand identity. Large-format branded stage backdrops, custom registration and sponsor zones, illuminated signage, digital display integration, and interactive activation areas were strategically designed to guide attendees through the venue while maintaining strong visual consistency across all touchpoints.

A key feature of the project was the sponsor exhibition area, where multiple technology partners including Cisco, Lenovo, AWS, OVHcloud, Pure Storage, and others were showcased through custom-built display solutions tailored to each brand. The layout encouraged visitor interaction while supporting presentations, live demonstrations, and networking opportunities in an open and accessible environment.

Branded environmental graphics and integrated digital displays helped create a cohesive and engaging conference atmosphere throughout the venue.

From creative development and production through to onsite installation and event execution, the project was delivered with precision and attention to detail to ensure a seamless conference experience reflective of Nutanix’s position as a global technology leader.
